Judy Bou Kheir is an active member of the recovery community in Katy, Texas. What used to be weeks and months of sobriety have now turned into years of abstinence through the help of sober friends and most importantly, connection with a Higher Power. She is also a career educator and so, became interested in sharing the recovery message with Katy-Area youth. Deciding that she wanted to address teen substance use, she began an educational journey to obtain her Masters in School Counseling, and finish post-graduate coursework to obtain a license as a professional counselor in the state of Texas.
